what to do with stale bread

make the ultimate breakfast of course! here's the lineup:

sriracha, earth balance, honey, sea salt, olive oil, and avocado

take your stale bread and slice it as thinly or thickly as you desire

and while you're cutting things you may as well get going on that avocado

toast the bread

while its still piping hot from the toaster, smear one of the breads with earth balance. you want it to get all melty in there

next, add honey all over the buttered bread. i always do too much...

on the second toast, spread 1/4 of the avocado (or more if you like)

top that off with sea salt, a light drizzle of olive oil, and sriracha

et voila!

best when eaten immediately with a big cup of tea

Wow, what an unusual yet intriguing combination... what kinds of tea do you recommend?

BTW, I'm making Thanksgiving dinner for my parents & Justin this year and I may just copy yours entirely!
